I'm a personal trainer available in North London. If you're looking to burn off body fat and lose weight, recover from an injury, or just want to get fitter, this is for you.

As your trainer I travel to you, and we train in the comfort of your own home, or garden, or another place of your choosing - optimal convenience!

It helps improve your overall health, fitness and general well being, not to mention reducing the risk of developing chronic disease. However, finding the to time to exercise can be a challenge.

With a personal training programme physical activity is built into your daily schedule with the minimum disruption to your other responsibilities.

Eating Right

Many individuals who go to the gym and exercise regularly often find they don't get the results they want.

One reason for this can be because they are not eating a healthy, balanced diet. To lose weight you must consume fewer calories than you are using throughout the day.

That does not mean you should cut out all carbohydrates and fat! You must eat enough so that you can carry out your daily activities whilst still feeling energetic, but not consume more than you need!

Personal Training Sessions

Working with you to achieve your goals in the luxury of your own home, garden or local park - we just need enough space for you to lie down without knocking anything over.

Initially, you can sign up for a 1 month or 2 month programme. Whichever you choose, after only a handful of sessions you will start to feel and see the benefits!

I aim to support clients within a 30 minute travel time of this location, any further afield may require a little more arranging.
