Training Sessions

We train in 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions that prime your body for fat loss, toning up, rehabilitating an injury or just generally getting you super fit! Before we start, we’ll have a chat to discuss your goals and complete a basic health check - this allows me to design a programme specifically suited to what you want. Ideally, to produce best results, we shall train 3 times a week.

Throughout our sessions we’ll cover extensively nutrition, diet and what food is best for you to be eating to suit your needs and lifestyle.

We do our sessions in a place of your choosing: your home, garden or local park, for example. You don’t need any equipment, I bring it all with me, you just need comfortable footwear and clothes you can stretch in.
